Moscato D’Asti and hazelnuts cake: a typical Piedmontese
combination to sweeten your Christmas!

Moscato D’Asti is a sweet white wine, the dessert wine for excellence!
It is an intensely fruity, aromatic and very persistent nose, while it’s
sweet flavor is perfectly balanced with its low alcoholic content (5%
vol.) and its acidity never very high that provide to our Moscato D’Asti
an extraordinary freshness.

The Piedmont region, in addition to hosting
land where the good wine finds its highest expression, also
welcomes the culture of Piedmont Hazelnuts P.G.I. also known
as “Tonda Gentile delle Langhe”. It is characterized by a very
hard shell and has an intense and persistent flavor.

The sweet meeting between a slice of good
homemade hazelnuts cake, served in combination
with Moscato D’Asti of I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano it
is a nice way to end the meal in true Piedmontese style!
